Hello! So I want to explain the process of what we are doing. Today we chose our idea for the movie we personally want to make. We wrote our movie in a story format. You know the:

"A long time ago the princess wanted to marry a king and the king said no and she killed herself. And the king lived happily ever after. The end."

That sort of format. Then next week we will write in a script format. Sort of like this:

EXT. Elm St

David walked on the sidewalk of Elm St. He saw dark humanoid shadows and he heard a voice.

Freddy Krueger (OFF)
Hello young boy, I can see you.

David
Who, who, who are you!

Freddy appears in scene behind David.

Freddy Krueger
Behind you!

David turns around and sees Freddy in the eyes. Then Freddy disappears and re-appears behind him.

Freddy Krueger
Stupid boy!

He kills him with his claws. And disappears into the air.


That is a script format, and that is what we'll do next week.

Intro to the blog

Hello everyone!

This blog will basically be about everything that happens in my course. It is a three month course that I attend to every Saturday. My course is a  movie course and we will see everything that you need to make a movie. My first posts will be about what we learn to do (roles), for example camera, sound, make-up, directing, etc. Then at the end of that we will... MAKE OUR OWN MOVIE!!! I'm so exited to do it and I can't wait to finish it. We will each think of our own movie and we will all pitch it. A pitch is basically selling your product (in this case a movie). After we pitch it we choose what movie to do, then we make a planification session, then we tape the whole movie and finally we edit it. As you can see it is not so simple but it will be fun. Hope you enjoy my posts and I hope you can learn from them.
